By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Mythomon, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the game or related services.

These Terms apply to visitors, players, registered users, and users who purchase subscriptions or in-app items.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Mythomon after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mythomon. Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction should use the game only with parent or guardian consent.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use the game, including any in-app purchases and account activity.

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. You may not sell, trade, share, or transfer your account without our permission.

Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages, bypass restrictions, or manipulate rewards is not allowed.

Mythomon may include virtual items, in-game points, card packs, puzzle pieces, leaderboards, quests, and other gameplay rewards.

All rewards are in-game rewards. They are non-crypto, do not require a cryptocurrency wallet, and have no real-world monetary value.

Mythomon does not request seed phrases, private keys, crypto wallet connections, or crypto login details. We do not offer token claims or airdrops through this website.

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another authorized platform provider. We do not store full payment card details.

Virtual items are licensed for personal entertainment use only. They are not sold to you, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be transferred outside the game unless we expressly allow it.

Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store rules and consumer protection laws. If you experience a technical issue, contact support.

Mytho+ or similar premium features may be offered as an optional subscription. Subscription benefits, pricing, renewal, and cancellation details are shown before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the platform where you purchased them. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge where platform rules require it.

Subscription benefits are provided inside the game and do not create any financial, investment, crypto, or cash-out entitlement.

You may not use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party tools.

You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.

You may not harass, abuse, impersonate, threaten, or harm other users.

You may not upload malware, spam, interfere with servers, exploit bugs, or use the services for illegal purposes.

You may not use Mythomon, our brand, or our website to promote fake token claims, airdrops, wallet-draining pages, or financial scams.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, account termination, leaderboard removal, reward forfeiture, or other corrective action.

Mythomon content, including artwork, character designs, game mechanics, text, code, logos, audio, and visual assets, is owned by or licensed to Mythomon.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Mythomon content without written permission.

If user-generated content is supported, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and promote the services.

Leaderboards, quests, and challenges are intended for fair play. Rankings may be reviewed manually or automatically for suspicious activity.

We may adjust scores, remove entries, withhold in-game rewards, or suspend accounts if we believe cheating, abuse, or technical manipulation occurred.

Game events, rewards, requirements, and schedules may change for balancing, technical, legal, or operational reasons.

Mythomon may use third-party services such as Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Play Services, and the Apple App Store.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of platform purchases, ads, authentication, or app store features may be governed by those third-party terms.

Mythomon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available on every device or in every region.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where needed for technical, business, legal, or gameplay reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mythomon and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.

This includes loss of data, profits, goodwill, access, virtual items, game progress, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You may stop using Mythomon at any time. You may request account deletion through the app settings or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or use the services in a harmful or unlawful way.

After termination, your license to use the game ends, but sections intended to survive termination will remain in effect.
